Fundraising Support

Face-to-Face Fundraising

For the most effective face-to-face campaign, the right impact is paramount. We provide a full comprehensive service including expert advice on creative materials and exceptional fundraiser training. Our state of the art IT department works with you to meet your processing requirements and to create ongoing reports providing you with an in-depth analysis of your campaign. Our responsibility and commitment doesn’t end once donors have signed up. We provide a freephone helpline so that we can answer questions that donors may have about your fundraising activities.

Door-to-Door Fundraising

Door-to-door fundraising (or house-to-house as it is otherwise known) is a highly effective way of recruiting support quickly. It’s our responsibility to represent our charity clients with integrity and never to impose ourselves on a community. So we make sure that:

  • Fundraisers have extensive knowledge of the organisation they represent
  • Every new donor is given a welcome pack and a copy of their Direct Debit mandate
  • People are made aware of the causes they are supporting

Because all our fundraisers have excellent communication skills and are polite and professional at all times, they have a very positive impact on the profile of our clients, even with people who don’t wish to make a donation.

Telephone Fundraising

Through our Contact program, we use telephone fundraising to help clients:

  • As part of a face-to-face fundraising campaign – to welcome new donors and thank them for their support
  • As part of a donor development strategy – to encourage donors to increase their contribution or to reactivate a cancelled Direct Debit
  • As part of an outbound campaign – to promote events and to attract new donors
Payroll Fundraising

Payroll Giving, sometimes called  Workplace fundraising generates crores of  rupees each year for the NGO sector. We have a specialist workplace field team, who talk to employees at their desks or at stands erected in a communal area of the workplace. All our fundraisers comply with the Association of Payroll Giving Professional Fundraising Organisation’s Codes of Practice and guidelines.

On Site Fundraising

By identifying the most appropriate location, on site fundraising is a very effective way of targeting a specific geographic or demographic group. We have experience of fundraising in a wide variety of sites from shopping centres to exhibitions and airports and hundreds of other of sites across India.

We help clients at every stage, making sure that:

  • We’ve identified the most appropriate sites for their campaign
  • All necessary permits or licences are in place
  • Fundraisers have extensive knowledge of the organisation they represent
  • Every new donor is given a welcome pack and a copy of their Direct Debit mandate

Thousands of people come into contact with a fundraising team in just one day, and because they wear distinctive clothing bearing the charity’s logo, and behave in a professional and friendly manner they can significantly raise a charity’s profile.

Crowd funding is the collective effort of individuals who network and pool their resources, usually via the Internet, to support efforts initiated by other people or organizations. Crowd funding is used in support of a wide variety of activities, including disaster relief, citizen journalism, support of artists by fans, political campaigns, startup company funding, movie or free software development, and scientific research. Nonprofits are using crowdfunding across the globe to expand their reach and raise funds as well as awareness for the causes that matter most to them. “While crowdfunding does not constitute a complete development plan, no development plan is complete without crowdfunding.

DRTV Fundraising

Direct Response Television (DRTV)  has the quickest potential to introduce your cause onto a audience on a large scale via TV or radio. DRTV refers to timed commercials in intervals of one to two minutes or half-hour paid-programming created for TV where viewers of the program are promoted to place orders during the playing advertisement along with a toll-free number or web address. There are four major components to an Infomercial / Direct Response campaign. We provide both TV and Radio production services and advanced, targeted, researched media buying services in house. We will help you introduce Your cause, research the market & suggest a strategy.
